*Any block booking or gift pack has to be paid for in full, in advance before the start of the first lesson to which it will commence. Block bookings and gift packs can be conducted in 1hr, 1.5hr and 2hr individual lessons. Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer (sorry no cheques). Block bookings and gift packs are valid for 1 year unless previously agreed. Block bookings and gift packs are non refundable unless otherwise agreed upon with the instructor. Any short notice cancellations or no shows (not turning up to a booked lesson) will result in the relevant hours being deducted from the block of lessons.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice or the full charge of the lesson will apply.
